Gulf Coast Emergency Response Training instructors are experienced healthcare providers.  The Basic Life Support training reinforces healthcare professionals’ understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, basic steps of performing CPR, relieving choking, and using an AED; and the role of each link in the Chain of Survival.

This class is appropriate for professional rescuers: nurses, EMTs, Paramedics, medical students, nursing students, dental/doctor’s offices, and many other healthcare professions. Students will receive an AHA (American Heart Association) certification card valid for two years upon completion of the course (there is both a physical skills test and a written test required).

AHA requires each student to have access to the textbook before, during and after class.  You may purchase a printed copy of the textbook from us when you select your ticket or you can purchase a digital copy (ebook) from American Heart Association here:  Ebook – BLS Healthcare Provider

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.
